We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return?
Please contact us within 15 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.
What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge?
Pack your items carefully and send them through your local post office to make sure they arrive safely.

How do I make a return?

3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Note:
1. Please confirm the return address with our customer service. The Wrong return address will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Newbosun products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Newbosun Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. We can refund payment to your Paypal account or leave this amount to your next new order.
