Q1:  Are all your products available in stock?
Our stock changes every day, and we can't guarantee all the products are in stock. If the items are out of stock, we will tell you before payment.

Q2: What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is $100 per order, you can mix different beads. 
If  there is stock, our MOQ is 5 strands for each size each stone. 
If there is no stock, the MOQ is 50 or 100strands.


Q3: What can I do if I could not find the goods on your website?
If you can't find the beads or there are any inquiry, please freely email : newbosungemstone@vip.163.com. We will contact you ASAP after we received your messages. 
 

Q4: May I have any discount ?
Yes, We will give you a discount according to your order's quantity.
More beads, more discount. 

Q5: What's your lead time?
Stock items are 1-3 working days after payment.
Out of Stock items are 15-30 days after payment.
